Welcome to Hidden Pearl Mushrooms! Located in the heart of downtown Anaheim, our farm is dedicated to growing high-quality mushrooms for a variety of uses.

After spending 23 years as a glass maker in Laguna Beach, I turned to mushroom farming during the COVID-19 pandemic when glass work opportunities dwindled. As a passionate vegan, I discovered the incredible potential of mushrooms as a delicious and nutritious meat replacement. In 2022, I founded Hidden Pearl Mushrooms to share this amazing food with others.
