Our growing process
At Hidden Pearl Mushrooms, we start by cultivating mycelium in a sterile sugar water mix. The mycelium is then transferred to nutrient-rich, sterile grain, and finally to a carefully prepared sterile blend of sawdust and soybean hulls. We give the mycelium time to fully colonize each new food source before moving on. Once the substrate is fully colonized, we move it to a dedicated growing room where the mushrooms flourish. This meticulous process ensures that we deliver the freshest and most delicious mushrooms straight to you.
